Emails
The plugin sends two kinds of email. Both ship ready to use, no Flow Builder setup is required.
Customer confirmation (on accept)
When a customer accepts an offer, they receive a short confirmation that the item was added to their order. It tells them what was added, the added amount and new order total, and how the amount is collected: either added to their original order (invoice/prepayment/cash/direct debit) or charged via their payment provider (PayPal).
- Controlled by the setting Send customer confirmation email on accept (on by default; can be set per sales channel, see Global settings).
- The template ships with the plugin and is active immediately. Edit the wording under Settings → Email templates (template type: Post-purchase upsell confirmation). Available in English and German.
Document-regeneration notice (to you)
If a campaign uses the Add item, notify admin to regenerate documents document policy and the order already had an invoice when the offer was accepted, the plugin emails your shop address so you can recreate it for the new total.
- If no shop email is configured, no email is sent: the case is instead flagged on the order (see Data & privacy) and written to the log, so nothing is silently lost.
- Customize the wording (optional). Unlike the customer confirmation, this notice is not a mail template, it is built from snippets. Edit it under Settings → Snippets: search for cwkPpu.adminEmail.subject and cwkPpu.adminEmail.body and override them per language / snippet set. Keep the %orderNumber% and %paymentHandlingText% placeholders so the order number and the payment-handling sentence are still filled in.
