Permissions

The plugin ships with fine-grained roles you can assign under Settings → Users & permissions, grouped under Post-Purchase Upsell. Assign only what each team member actually needs.

The roles

• Viewer: View campaigns, their analytics/acceptance records and offer events, and all the data they reference (products, media, sales channels, customer groups, countries, payment methods, categories, manufacturers, and Shopping Experiences layouts).
• Editor: Edit existing campaigns. Builds on Viewer.
• Creator: Create new campaigns. Builds on Viewer and Editor.
• Deleter: Delete campaigns. Builds on Viewer.
• Analytics viewer: See the Analytics tab. Builds on Viewer.
• Health viewer: See the Health tab. Builds on Viewer.
• Log viewer: Read the plugin's offer events. Viewer already includes this, so this role mainly exists for completeness. Builds on Viewer.

How the roles build on one another

Roles build on one another: for example, Creator includes Editor and Viewer, so granting Creator is enough to view, edit and create.
