Permissions
Assign access under Settings → Users & permissions. The extension appears as one row, Post-Purchase Upsell & Cross-Sell, with the four standard permissions, plus one switch under Additional permissions.
The permissions
- View: Every tab of the extension, campaigns and all the data they reference (products, Dynamic Product Groups, cross-sellings and their members, media, sales channels, customer groups, countries, payment methods, categories, manufacturers and Shopping Experiences layouts), and reading orders for the ERP Export and Revenue potential tabs.
- Edit: Edit existing campaigns. Builds on View.
- Create: Create new campaigns. Builds on View and Edit.
- Delete: Delete campaigns. Builds on View.
- Release ERP exports (under Additional permissions): allow ERP import for orders that still await manual review after the expected processing time has elapsed. Viewing the ERP Export tab needs only View.
Order numbers in the Activity and ERP Export tabs link into Shopware's Orders module only for users who also hold the Orders View permission; without it the number is shown as plain text.
Roles from earlier extension versions
The permissions build on one another: Create includes Edit and View, so granting Create is enough to view, edit and create. Roles saved before version 2.7.0 (Shopware 6.5), 3.7.0 (Shopware 6.6) or 4.7.0 (Shopware 6.7) do not yet carry the order read access the ERP Export and Revenue potential tabs need: open the role under Settings → Users & permissions and save it once, and both tabs appear.
A marketing manager might get View, Edit and Create; support staff might get only View, which includes every tab.
