Health check
The Health tab runs a quick self-check and reports in plain words, with an overall status (OK, warning or error). It is your first stop if offers are not appearing.
What it checks
- Product group indexing: Reports the groups used by active campaigns and their indexed member counts. Warns when indexing is disabled or a group has products in the live preview but none in the index. Ask your technical contact to check the message consumer, refresh the indices with
dal:refresh:indexand ensureshopware.product_stream.indexingis enabled. An empty group alone does not trigger a warning. - Offer search time limit: Warns when an order has a recorded time-limit suppression from the last seven days. Check the campaigns under Activity. Reduce the product selection or increase Offer search time limit (milliseconds); a higher limit can make customers wait longer.
- Extension enabled: Whether the master switch is on. Warns if the extension is disabled in settings.
- Active campaign: How many active campaigns exist. Warns if there are none.
- Offer sources: Checks the selected source of each active campaign: an active fixed product, a Dynamic Product Group with valid conditions, or a valid cross-selling selection. Reports missing or invalid sources. Open the affected campaign and correct its Offer source.
- Cross-selling coverage: Warns when products matching an active campaign's trigger have no included active cross-selling in its assigned sales channels.
- Storefront route: Whether the storefront offer route is registered. Errors (and suggests clearing the cache / rebuilding) if it is missing.
- Order metadata: Whether the order and order line item custom field sets are registered. Warns (and suggests reinstalling the extension so the migrations run) if missing.
- ERP access: Whether an existing integration or user account is selected for every sales channel with ERP export enabled. Warns if this selection is missing.
- Orders before ERP import: Whether any orders await review after a rare interruption. Warns and points to the ERP Export tab if this is the case.
- Shopware version: Your Shopware version, with a note if it is not the version this extension version is built for (see Version notes).

Cross-selling coverage
The configurator, campaign list, coverage summary and Health tab count active cross-sellings on products matching the campaign's trigger.
- Assigned sales channels are evaluated together. Each cross-selling is counted once.
- With no sales channels assigned, no sales-channel filter is applied. The campaign still needs a sales-channel assignment to show an offer.
- The counts refer to cross-sellings, not their offer products. Stock, prices and eligibility for an offer are not checked here.
If a coverage warning appears
No included active cross-selling was found on the products matching the trigger. Check the campaign's selection under Configure … and the cross-sellings on those products.
You can still save the campaign. Another product in a qualifying order may supply an included cross-selling. See Choosing the offer for the product search.
The health check is your first stop when offers are not appearing: the overall status and the individual checks quickly show whether the extension is active, a campaign is running, the required routes and fields are present, and ERP access is fully configured.
